本研究阐述了汽车等所用的各种紧凑型换热器散热片的分析方法。数值分析是研究散热片的一个有效方法,但对于百叶窗散热片,若应用基于普通正交格子的有限差分法进行数值计算则是不合适的。本研究采用了适合于倾斜散热片的斜交格子,为的是使数值分析法能应用于各种不同型式的散热片。另外,还确认了百叶窗散热片的流线可视化实验结果与数值计算结果一致,明确了该流线状态的恶化是导致传热系数下降的原因。
This study illustrates the methods used to analyze various heat sinks for compact heat exchangers used in automobiles and the like. Numerical analysis is an effective way to study the heat sink, but for blinds, it is not suitable to use the finite difference method based on normal orthogonal lattices. This study used a skew grid suitable for tilted heatsinks in order to enable numerical analysis to be applied to a variety of different types of heatsinks. In addition, it is also confirmed that the flowline visualization results of the louvered fin are consistent with the numerical results, and it is clear that the deterioration of the streamlined state is the cause of the decrease of the heat transfer coefficient.
