用离心滚珠来加工表面,是近代先进工艺方法之一。其主要目的为获得高质量的表面光洁度与增加机件的耐疲强度,这对现代化的高速与重载荷机器的使用年限有着密切关系。这个加工方法的实质,可总结为:“在加工表面上,由强化器来给过周期的、连续的冲击作用,为使表面层产生塑性变形”。这个方法可用来加工外圆柱表面、内圆柱表面、与平面,见[图一]。若应用靠模装置后,尚可对成形表面进行加工。
Centrifugal ball to the surface, is one of the modern advanced technology methods. Its main purpose is to obtain a high-quality surface finish and to increase the wear resistance of the parts, which is closely related to the service life of modern high-speed and heavy-duty machines. The essence of this processing method can be summarized as: “On the machined surface, the periodic, continuous impact is given by the stiffener in order to plastically deform the surface layer.” This method can be used to machine the outer cylindrical surface, the inner cylindrical surface, and the plane, see [Figure 1]. If the application of the device by the mold, the molding surface can still be processed.
