以近十年国内信息服务领域的文献为研究对象,利用文献计量学方法分析信息服务的研究现状,采用图表统计法、共词分析和聚类分析等方法,绘制可视化图谱,以可视化方式展现信息服务的研究热点与发展动态。通过可视化分析信息服务发展情况,发现我国以信息服务为主题的发文量呈逐年下滑趋势。为进一步了解文献下滑原因,对可视化结果进行深入分析,总结我国信息服务主题研究方向的变化趋势,为有关学者提供参考。 Taking the literature of domestic information service field as the research object in recent ten years, this paper analyzes the current research status of information service by using bibliometrics method, and draws the visual spectrum by using the method of graph statistics, common word analysis and cluster analysis to visualize the information service Research hot spots and development trends. Through the visual analysis of the development of information services, it was found that the number of published papers with the theme of information service in China dropped year by year. In order to further understand the reasons for the decline of the literature, the author analyzes the visualization results in depth and summarizes the trend of the research direction of the information service in our country, so as to provide references for the scholars concerned.
