C-反应蛋白(CRP)是一种能与肺炎球菌C多糖体反应的物质。正常人血清含量0.07~8.2μg/ml,主要由肝脏合成,在体内分布很广。能激活补体,促进吞噬细胞吞噬,并有抑制T细胞功能和干扰前列腺素代谢作用。α_1-抗胰蛋白酶(α_1-AT)对多种蛋白分解酶有抑制作用,正常人血清含量2100~5000μg/ml。CRP与α_1-AT都是急性时相蛋白(acute phase Proteins),在感染、炎症、组织损伤时升高,恢复时降至正常水平。有关精液中CRP与α_1-AT的含量迄今未见报道。鉴于男性不育与生殖系统炎症有一
