目的 :研究白细胞介素 - 2 (IL- 2 )对急性白血病细胞多药耐药的逆转作用。方法 :选择2 7例复发和难治性急性白血病 ,用 IL- 2联合化疗药物治疗 ,通过白血病细胞 P-糖蛋白 (p170 )、肺耐药蛋白 (L RP)含量的变化和临床缓解率进行分析。结果 :IL- 2联合化疗药物治疗的急性白血病患者较单用联合化疗药物患者 ,白血病细胞 p170、L RP表达减低 ,临床缓解率增加。结论 :IL- 2对急性白血病细胞的多药耐药有逆转作用 ;IL- 2通过下调白血病细胞 P170和 L RP的表达 ,实现对急性白血病细胞多药耐药的逆转作用
Objective: To investigate the reversal effect of interleukin - 2 (IL - 2) on multidrug resistance in acute leukemia cells. Methods: Twenty-seven relapsed and refractory acute leukemias were selected and treated with IL-2 plus chemotherapy. The changes of P-glycoprotein (p170), lung resistance protein (LRP) and clinical remission rate analysis. Results: The patients with acute leukemia treated with IL-2 combined with chemotherapeutic drugs had lower expression of p170 and LRP than those treated with combined chemotherapeutic drugs alone, and their clinical remission rate increased. CONCLUSION: IL-2 can reverse the multidrug resistance of acute leukemia cells. IL-2 can reverse the multidrug resistance of acute leukemia cells by down-regulating the expression of P170 and LRP in leukemia cells
