近两年来,随着医疗制度的改革和人们自我保健意识的增强,我国医药消费品市场出现了 OTC(非处方药)的消费潮,使药店等其他非医疗机构成了药品零售业的重要组成部分。“大病进医院,小病进药店”的观念逐渐为患者认识,并被广泛接受,目前许多国家 OTC 药品已成为人们治疗疾病的重要方式。在美国,当人们健康出现问题时,用 OTC 药品治疗要比找医生治疗者多4倍.92%的 OTC 药品使用者感到满意。在我国,OTC 药品消费刚刚起步,但人们已经逐渐认识到 OTC药品的重要性,OTC 药品消费已成为了药品销售的趋势。
In the past two years, with the reform of the medical system and the enhancement of people’s self-care awareness, the consumer tide of OTC (OTC drug) has emerged in the market of Chinese medicine and consumer products, making other non-medical institutions such as pharmacies an important part of the pharmaceutical retail industry. “Ill into the hospital, a small illness into the pharmacy ” concept gradually became known to patients and was widely accepted. At present, many countries OTC drugs have become an important way for people to treat diseases. In the United States, when people have problems with their health, OTC medications are four times more effective than those seeking medical attention, and 92% of OTC users are satisfied. In China, OTC drug consumption has just started, but people have come to realize the importance of OTC drugs. OTC drug consumption has become the trend of drug sales.
