本研究采用量表对黄石理工学院893名大学生的心理健康与社会支持的关系进行考察。调查的结果表明,大学生获得的主观支持要对心理健康发挥作用,必须以支持利用为中介,而客观支持既可以以支持利用为中介间接地对心理健康产生作用,也可直接对心理健康产生作用。此外,女生在支持利用方面的得分要显著高于男生;来自城市的大学生在客观支持上的得分要显著高于来自农村的大学生;非独生子女在支持利用上的得分要显著高于独生子女。
This study investigated the relationship between 893 college students’ mental health and social support in Huangshi Institute of Technology. The results of the survey show that the subjective support obtained by college students should play a role in mental health and must be supported by the use of intermediaries. However, objective support can not only play an active role in mental health indirectly through supporting and utilizing, but also directly affect mental health . In addition, the score of girls in support and utilization was significantly higher than that of boys; the score of college students from urban areas was significantly higher than that of students from rural areas; and the score of non-only children in support and utilization was significantly higher than that of only-child.
