研制了一种新型的CO2气体保护堆焊药芯焊丝,由于该药芯焊丝的药芯中含有一定量的硼硅元素,在焊接过程中,绝大部分硼硅元素与氧化合并在焊缝表面生成一层极薄的玻璃状硼硅酸盐保护膜,形成了对焊道的气—渣联合保护,在气—渣联合保护下,减少了贵重元素的烧损,新形成的硼硅酸盐保护膜极薄,且熔点低(722℃),因而可连续多层堆焊而无需清渣。随着制造工艺的不断完善,这种药芯焊丝必将有着十分广泛的应用前景。
