目的:建立强力健身胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量测定的高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱柱:Kromasil 100-5C_(18)(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(24:76);检测波长:270 nm。结果:淫羊藿苷在0.041～3.318μg的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.999 9;平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为0.9%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、结果准确,可用于强力健身胶囊的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of icariin in Qiang Capsule. Methods: The chromatographic column was Kromasil 100-5C 18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (24:76). The detection wavelength was 270 nm. Results: Icariin had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.041 ~ 3.318μg, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, the average recovery was 100.3% and the RSD was 0.9% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, and can be used to determine the content of powerful fitness capsule.
