目的探讨还原型谷胱甘肽治疗抗结核病药致肝损害的疗效。方法选择在我院治疗的结核病患者64例,将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组32例给予护肝片口服治疗,观察组32例给予还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,比较两组治疗后肝功能改善情况。结果两组治疗前,AST、ALT、TBIL比较无显著差别,治疗后两组各项指标均有改善,其中观察组各项指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组治疗有效率分别为75.0%和93.8%,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论结核病药致肝损害采用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗可有效改善肝功能,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of reduced glutathione on liver damage induced by anti-tuberculosis drugs. Methods Sixty-four patients with tuberculosis who were treated in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group. 32 cases in control group were treated with Hugan tablets, 32 cases in observation group were treated with reduced glutathione, compared with two groups After liver function improvement. Results There was no significant difference in AST, ALT and TBIL between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the indexes in both groups were improved. The indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 75.0% and 93.8%, respectively, with significant differences between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Tuberculosis-induced liver damage caused by reduced glutathione treatment can effectively improve liver function, which is worth promoting in clinical application.
