现如今,我国经济发展迅速,市场经济随之发展,各个领域对于人力资源的需求逐渐增加,并对其管理高度重视,更加注重人力资源与市场发展、社会投资之间的合理配置,而这,就需要加强人力资源的管理,重视人力资源的发展。本文将通过通识教育,对管理经济学视域下的人力资源管理的发展进行分析研究,以期更好地实现人力资源管理目标。
Nowadays, with the rapid economic development in our country and the consequent development of the market economy, the demand for human resources in various fields has gradually increased, and its management has given priority to paying more attention to the rational allocation of human resources and market development and social investment. We need to strengthen the management of human resources and attach importance to the development of human resources. Through general education, this article analyzes and studies the development of human resource management in the view of management economics, in order to achieve the goal of human resource management better.
