对 HL Sn60 Pb Sb A钎料钎焊 H62黄铜接头的组织和钎焊时间对接头组织及力学性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明 ,接头组织由铅基固溶体、锡铅基共晶、铜基固溶体、胞状与块状化合物相构成 ,当钎焊时间延长至 1 2 0 s时组织中出现片状化合物相。同时发现 ,片状化合物相是造成接头力学性能下降的主要原因 ,较短钎焊时间获得接头强度较高
The effects of microstructure and mechanical properties of H62 brass joints brazed by HL Sn60 Pb Sb A solder on the microstructure and mechanical properties were studied. The results showed that the microstructure of the joint was composed of lead-based solid solution, tin-lead-based eutectic, copper-based solid solution, cellular and massive compounds, and the flaky compound phase appeared in the braze when the brazing time was extended to 120 s. At the same time, it is found that the flaky compound phase is the main reason for the decrease of the mechanical properties of the joint, and the shorter the brazing time is, the higher the joint strength is
