旅游,这个在以往被认为是“奢侈”的活动,在今天已经变得司空见惯。据统计,今年“五一”黄金周期间,全国共接待旅游者1.21亿人次,比去年同期增长16%。同时,据一项不完全统计,目前有1/3的人在出游方式上选择了自助游。这样汹涌而来的趋势对旅游行业来说是机遇,也是压力——如何更快、更好地满足游客需求,从而达到降成本、增收益的目的?信息化无疑是一项有效的技术手段,e龙、携程这样简单利用网络平台发布信息的企业的壮大就是实例。那么,对于整个旅游行业来说,如何充分利用信息化手段去服务于游客,以及信息化建设的难点和未来方向是什么,本报通过采访国家旅游局信息中心主任董培南,对此进行了探讨。
