以TiCl3为源物质,制备了纳米级TiO2粉末材料。通过差热分析(DTA),X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)等实验手段研究了不同温度下烧结的TiO2的形态和结构。结果表明,采用这一工艺在300℃烧结就可获得纳米金红石型TiO2,在800℃烧结其尺寸达100nm左右;形貌分析表明,制备的金红石晶粒常见形态为单形。
With TiCl3 as the source material, a nano-sized TiO2 powder material was prepared. The morphology and structure of TiO2 sintered at different temperatures were investigated by means of differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the nano-rutile TiO2 can be obtained by sintering at 300 ℃ and the size of the nano-rutile TiO2 is about 100nm at 800 ℃. The morphology analysis shows that the rutile crystal is single-shaped.
