女子链球是我国田径的优势项目,为了进一步探索项目的内在规律和对运动员技术完善提供帮助,推动该项目在我国的可持续发展。通过运动生物力学拍摄和三维解析的方法,对我国2名最优秀女子链球选手的投掷技术进行研究,发现:我国2名选手普遍存在对器械持续加速能力偏弱现象,特别是第4圈和最后用力阶段,整个旋转中第4圈技术有待进一步完善(都存在球体力量向身体方向转移的拉球、左肩回撤现象)。同时存在器械斜面角偏大以及右腿上腿不积极现象,右脚有延迟着地和速度慢的现象。其中王峥旋转技术中第3圈存在的问题比较大,双支撑阶段左膝关节伸展幅度过大,肩带多余肌肉参与用力,上肢的放松和舒展程度较差,造成器械运行轨迹缩短,以上是王峥技术改进和完善的方向。张文秀的技术主要问题是进旋转速度慢、第4圈向身体方向拉球等问题,造成第4圈双支撑阶段加速距离的缩短,以上问题是张文秀技术完善的方向。通过对比研究发现我国运动员的优势和存在问题,为技术运动员改进和提高运动成绩提供帮助和参考。 Women’s hammer throwing is the superiority item of our country’s track and field.
