筏板基础施工中混凝土强度、抗渗等级设计较高,因此混凝土原材料质量控制至关重要。同时,筏板基础大体积混凝土施工具有浇筑量大、工程条件复杂、整体性要求高的特点,因此施工中极易产生裂缝。为了预防大量有害温度裂缝产生,筏板基础混凝土材料采用“三掺技术”配置,不仅能够保证混凝土原材料质量,而且具有低水化热、补偿收缩变形的作用,从而有效提高筏板基础混凝土的抗裂变形能力。文章根据具体的工程案例说明了大体积混凝土“三掺技术”的良好效果。
