目的:探讨IKAP理论在护士职业防护教育中的作用。方法:对本科室护士运用IKAP程序进行职业防护教育,并对比教育前、后职业防护能力。结果:教育后职业防护能力明显优于教育前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:运用IKAP理论对护士进行职业防护教育,能使护士彻底转变错误观念,获得行为上的改变,从而提高职业防护能力。
Objective: To explore the role of IKAP theory in nurses’ occupational protection education. Methods: IKAP programs were used for occupational protection education for nurses in undergraduate departments and the occupational protection ability before and after education was compared. Results: The level of occupational protection after education was significantly better than that before education, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: Using IKAP theory to carry out occupational protection education for nurses can make nurses completely change their mistaken ideas and obtain behavioral changes, so as to improve occupational protection.
