Q:我37岁,月经规律,多年面部严重痤疮,体毛重,超声检查提示卵巢多囊表现,月经第二天性激素检查提示高雄激素水平。我原认为随着年龄增长痤疮和多毛会减少,可实际上从未改善,我也服用过避孕药,但治疗无效。请问,我该怎么办?
Q: I am 37 years old, with regular menstruation, many years of facial acne, body weight, ultrasonography showed polycystic ovary performance, sex hormone test on the second day of menstruation prompted the level of androgen. I used to think acne and hirsutism will decrease with age, but it never actually improves. I have also taken birth control pills but the treatment is not effective. Can you tell me what to do?
