在对3266树脂工艺性研究的基础上,研究了定型剂含量对3186缎纹、827单向碳布/3266树脂基复合材料弯曲强度、层间剪切强度和模量的影响。结果表明:定型剂含量对复合材料力学性能的影响规律、定型剂最佳用量均对增强材料的织态结构有着很强的依赖性;在3186缎纹/3266树脂体系和827单向碳布/3266树脂体系中,定型剂用量分别为8%和5%时,定型剂的加入对复合材料的力学性能没有造成明显的劣化作用。
Based on the study of 3266 resin technology, the effects of the content of the fixing agent on the flexural strength, interlaminar shear strength and modulus of 3186 satin, 827 unidirectional carbon cloth / 3266 resin matrix composites were studied. The results show that the influence of the content of the fixing agent on the mechanical properties of the composites and the optimum dosage of the fixing agent all have strong dependence on the weave structure of the reinforcing material. In 3186 satin / 3266 resin system and 827 unidirectional carbon cloth / 3266 resin system, when the dosage of fixing agent is 8% and 5%, respectively, the addition of the fixing agent has no obvious detrimental effect on the mechanical properties of the composites.
