优序图就是通过逐对的两两比较来排队,以图式形式,对应比较、形象直观,是充分利用人脑特有的思维、推理和判断功能,把数学方法与主观判断相结合,使综合对比核评增加了很大灵活性,对于难于定量化的指标体系的核评具有一定的实用价值。本文主要介绍目标考核中的优序图的具体应用办法即采用多目标优序图确定给分标准,选择共性的指标,确定其目标的权重,并通过微机编制考核程序,提高核评速度,以形成考核对象的优劣顺序,达到考核的目的。
The equivalence diagram is queuing by pairwise pairwise comparison. In the form of schemata, the corresponding comparison and the image are intuitive. It makes full use of the unique thinking, reasoning and judgment functions of the human brain, and combines mathematical methods with subjective judgments to make the synthesis. Compared with nuclear evaluation, it has added great flexibility, and it has certain practical value for nuclear evaluation of difficult-to-quantify index systems. This article mainly introduces the specific application method of the priority sequence diagram in the target assessment. It uses the multi-objective sequence diagram to determine the sub-standards, selects the common indicators, determines the weights of its objectives, and prepares assessment procedures through the computer to improve the speed of nuclear evaluation. Form the assessment of the priority of the object to achieve the purpose of assessment.
