北京三元集团在推进签订女职工特殊权益保护专项合同中,做到了突出重点,分类指导,对老国有企业、改制企业、外资企业的女工专项协议提出了不同的要求。各企业根据自己的实际情况,在专项合同中制定了许多个性化条款,使女职工对自己的权益保护看得见、摸得着,且易于落实。
Beijing Sanyuan Group, in promoting the signing of special contracts for the protection of the special rights and interests of women workers, has made prominence and classified guidance and put forward different requirements on special agreements for women workers in old state-owned enterprises, restructuring enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises.
