当前,烟草行业改革发展进入战略转型期,国家烟草专卖局把“卷烟上水平”作为当前和今后一个时期行业工作的基本方针和战略任务,这对行业人才队伍建设工作提出新的要求。烟草行业要打造适应新形势的高素质人才队伍,就要在人才的引进、选拔和培养上建立一套完备的长效机制,为“卷烟上水平”提供有力的人才保障。
At present, the reform and development of the tobacco industry has entered a period of strategic transformation. The State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau takes “the level of cigarettes” as the basic guideline and strategic task for the industry at present and in the forthcoming period, which sets new requirements for the construction of qualified personnel in the industry. To create a high-quality talent team that adapts to the new situation, the tobacco industry needs to establish a comprehensive and long-term mechanism for the introduction, selection and training of talents in order to provide a strong talent guarantee for the level of cigarettes.
