以北京地区涉外企业对基层员工的读写能力需求调查为基础,将调查的成果数据进行分析、研究,同时对新读写能力理论进行阐述和研究,探讨多元读写能力的培养是否是向社会输送合格人才的有效教学模式。
Based on the survey of grass-roots employees’ ability of reading and writing in Beijing’s foreign-related enterprises, this paper analyzes and studies the data of the survey results.
