建设项目合理控制施工进度是指编制施工总进度计划,并在施工过程中控制其执行,按照合同签订的期限完成整个施工项目的任务。但在实际的项目施工现场,由于诸多因素的影响,往往会出现无法在规定时间内完工的现象,或者存在规定时间内完工但质量、安全存在隐患的问题。基于此,本文浅述施工工期、质量、安全的控制措施,以期加强施工项目质量控制。 The construction project’s reasonable control of the progress of construction refers to the preparation of the total construction schedule and the control of its implementation during the construction and the completion of the entire construction project according to the deadline of the contract. However, at the actual construction site of a project, due to the influence of many factors, there are often problems that can not be completed within the stipulated time or there are problems of quality and safety hidden within the prescribed time. Based on this, this article describes the construction period, quality, safety control measures, with a view to strengthening the construction project quality control.
