目的 :观察心乐灵对动物高脂血症的影响。方法 :采用高脂血症动物模型。蛋黄乳致小鼠高脂血症法 ,昆明种小鼠分别灌胃给予心乐灵 2、4、8g/kg ,2h后腹腔灌注 75 %新鲜蛋黄乳液 2 5ml/kg ,2 0h后取血测定血脂 ;高脂饲料致大鼠高脂血症法 ,给药剂量同前 ,连续给予 1 4d ,同时喂高脂饲料 ,于末次给药后 2 4h处死动物 ,取血测定。结果 :心乐灵能显著降低小鼠、大鼠血清总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三脂 (TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量 ,有提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -C)趋势 ,降低TC/HDL -C比值。结论 :心乐灵对高脂血症动物具明显降血脂作用
Objective : To observe the effect of Xinleling on hyperlipidemia in animals. Methods : The animal model of hyperlipidemia was used. The hyperlipidemia induced by egg yolk was performed in Kunming mice. The mice were intragastrically administered with 2,4,8 g/kg glucagon by intragastric administration. After 2 hours, 75% fresh egg yolk emulsion (25 ml/kg) was intraperitoneally infused and blood was taken after 20 hours. Blood lipids; High fat diet induced hyperlipidemia in rats, the same dose, the continuous administration of 14d, while feeding high-fat diet, 24 hours after the last dose of animals were sacrificed, blood determination. RESULTS: Xinle Ling significantly reduced the serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels in mice and rats, and increased the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) trend. TC/HDL-C ratio. Conclusion :Xingleling has obvious hypolipidemic effect on hyperlipidemic animals
