As a unique ethnic group, the white horse Tibetans are located between Han and Tibet and undergo changes in the process of constant cultural accretion. After the founding of New China, the Baima Tibetans were tentatively tentatively scheduled to be Tibetans. During the constant cultural clashes and touches, the ethnic awareness of Hakka Tibetans was constantly stimulated and began to awaken and sprout strong self-consciousness. They began to doubt their national identity and constantly requested that they be re-identified. In this process, the elites of the state, scholars, other ethnic groups, and white Tibetans as well as every ordinary white horse Tibetan are struggling to find and construct the ethnic history of this nation. But the history is long, the memory is fuzzy, the opinions are divided. So how are ethnic groups defined and their history written? The analysis and interpretation of the definition and historical construction of the white ethnic Tibetans may perhaps give us a glimpse into the logic behind the definition of a community and the historical construction system.
