本实验以吉粳88和杂草稻ZCD13杂交所获得的F2:3群体及其亲本为试验材料,利用108个F2:3群体进行了遗传图谱的绘制,并结合对F2:3群体芽期和幼苗时期的耐盐碱性的鉴定结果,进行了QTL基因定位。其研究结果如下:1.对F2群体及亲本田间性状中的调查中,F2群体田间性状的存在超亲现象,结实率与亲本低,但千粒重比亲本高,其他田间性状都介于亲本之间。2.绘制了包含96个SSR分子标记的连锁图谱,该图谱总图距为1794.7cM,平均图距为18.69cM。3.在F2:3群体中,水
