主导产业的选择与培育,在区域经济发展中具有重要的战略意义,是区域经济和产业政策的重要组成部分。本文在国内外已有研究成果的基础上,构造出天津市主导产业选择的指标体系。为弥补以往主导产业选择中产业选择片面或评选方法不一致等方面的不足,采用模糊综合评价法对天津市的全部产业进行排序,最终选择出天津市的八个主导产业。结果显示:金融业稳居天津市主导产业排行的首位,且已形成二、三产业共同主导产业发展的局面。 The selection and cultivation of leading industries have an important strategic significance in the development of regional economy and are an important part of regional economic and industrial policies. Based on the existing research achievements at home and abroad, this paper constructs the index system of the choice of leading industries in Tianjin. In order to make up for the lack of one-sided selection of industries in the leading industries or inconsistency in the selection methods, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to rank all the industries in Tianjin and finally selected eight leading industries in Tianjin. The results show that: the financial industry ranks first in the ranking of leading industries in Tianjin, and the secondary and tertiary industries have led the development of the industry.
