滨麦(Leymus mollis,2n=28,NsNsXmXm),属于禾本科小麦族大麦亚族赖草属,多生长在贫瘠之地的多年生麦类野生亲缘植物,具有穗大花多,茎秆粗壮,矮杆,抗旱耐寒,抗多种小麦病虫害等特点。本研究在八倍体小滨麦M842-16与硬粒小麦D4286的杂交F7代群体中选育出了一个二体异代换系DM2411和一个二重异代换系DM96,并利用细胞遗传学、基因组原位杂交(GISH)和SSR、EST-STS分子标记以及田间农艺性状分析等手段对其进行了鉴定,取得的主要研究结果如下:(1)DM2411田间
