Power marketing is one of the important businesses of power grid company.Power marketing is not only the main source of income for power grid companies,but also the main window to the user,which is of vital importance to the user service experience and the company’s external image.Since the 21 st century,the state carried out drastic market transformation to the traditional power companies,how to do well in market power marketing in the tide of marketed,has been an important issue in front of the majority of power marketing personnel.With the development of science and technology,relevant scholars put forward the concept of smart grid.The propose of smart grid inject a new life for the traditional power marketing.The traditional power marketing can use the advanced measurement technology in the smart grid,count the various variables in marketing,and use the big data platform for measurement and analysis,get the relevant analysis results automatically,thus forming a standardized power marketing monitoring system.This paper puts forward the whole process of power marketing business monitoring system.Firstly this paper analyzes the basic concept of electric power marketing business and analyzes the background and significance of the whole process monitoring system on the basis of electric power marketing business,and researches the power marketing strategies in the background of smart grid,power marketing research status business at home and abroad and power marketing monitoring system research status of Guangdong power grid company.Secondly,it is introduced that the functional requirement analysis and design of the monitoring system.In which the function requirement analysis mainly introduces the five aspects of the whole process of power marketing business monitoring system,that is,the electricity accounting monitoring,the industry expansion service monitoring,the customer service monitoring,the comprehensive power failure and the indicator display.The design of the system is based on the marketing business monitoring design.And then the paper introduces the WIN home page display and meter reading monitoring as an example of the application of the system.Finally,the software testing and application benefits of the system are evaluated.By analyzing the test report,it shows that the system can complete all the functions of the whole process of power marketing business.The application benefit evaluation shows that the system can solve the problem of the existing power marketing business problem.
