作为世界上最主要的粮食作物,水稻在生产中受到虫害的严重侵袭和威胁。如何使水稻不用传统化学杀虫剂就能避免虫害侵袭同时又能保证甚至提高产量是水稻高产栽培中值得探索和研究的问题,也是近年来育种家高度关注的领域。Bt抗虫基因能有效的杀死鳞翅目害虫,被广泛应用于转基因作物育种中。然而,Bt基因的转入也使得水稻产生了一些非目标性状变异。钾素对水稻产量形成具有重要影响,那么Bt水稻的钾营养性状是否也发生变异值得研究。由此,本试验以钾素营养调控为手段,以三个转Bt水稻品系MH63(Cry1C*)、MH63(Cry2
