本文以方剂药动学(Pharmacokinetics,PK)与阐明代表方剂疗效的吸收生物活性成分(Absorbed bioactive cornpounods,ABC)为参考,界定了方剂药理研究的昨天、今天与明天。特别地从方剂药理研究的发展轨迹,论述了阐明方剂ABC的策略、必要性与意义。方剂药理研究的昨天主要以初步的方剂药效、没有方剂PK为特征(引用刘干中教授关于方剂药理评价的观点);方剂药理研究的
