Social Network Actor Analysis is a theoretical perspective,that has drawn relevance in relational dynamics.During and post pandemic online banking services experience has gained popularity and its relevance realized to an effective synergy within the banking sector to enable good service delivery.Previous researches looked into customer’s perspective on digital and online banking services and no research was done to measure the effective use of online banking services by bank employees.This paper analyzed the role perspective of social networking actors towards effective use of online banking services.The researcher used quantitative research methods with the application of both the explanatory and positivity methods.Data from 490 banking employees was collected using a closed ended questionnaire and subsequently analyzed in SPSS Amos and Smart PLS.The view provided insight on both individual and organizational network thus measuring elements related to social actor credibility,homophily and social network tie strength.After SEM analysis in Smart PLS,the researcher concluded that social networking actors have a substantial influence on accelerating effective use of online banking services.In the urge to overdrive social networking and online banking services usage,the results offer valuable picture on the mediatory role played by social intention need and social participating behaviors in effective use of banking services.Practical highlights of the study help provide strategies in bringing effective use of online banking services in post pandemic impact and financial sector volatility.
