“白人拯救中国”的美国银幕经典套话以蒙昧羸弱的中国“他者”形象构筑了先进的美式“自我”。充斥着性别、族裔和文化等级的权利话语的叙事模板在21世纪以来的好莱坞电影里出现了调整:中国转型为令人尊重的文明古国或工业大国,中国角色也化身为白人英雄的重要助手,获得更多话语权。本文认为,好莱坞银幕上新型的“中国”形象阐释了美国流行话语在中国崛起的语境下重构自我身份的尝试。
