FSHR genes was established by relative quantitative method. The Uterine tissue of Bayannur Mutton Sheep, which was singleton and whose estrus was1hour, was chosen as the control. The results showed that the mRNA expression of GnRHR and FSHR genes in biparous group was greater than the singleton group. The expression was in an increasing trend from1h to24h. The expression of LHR mRNA in biparous group was lower than the singleton group. In ovarian tissue we chose the left ovary of single Bayannur Mutton Sheep as control. The results showed that the expression of12h group was higher than1h group and24h group, the expression of all these three genes in biparous group was higher than singleton group in the same period and the expression of the three genes in the left ovary was higher than in the right ovary.
