Small and micro enterprises are "light cavalry",which covers all sectors of the national economy and plays an important role in the development of China’s modern national economy.As an important foundation of modern industrial production,to some extent,mold industry determines the quality of products.As a large manufacturing country,the output value of mould industry ranks third in the world.In recent years,as China’s emphasis on basic industries has increased,mold processing industry has maintained a relatively steady growth rate.But at the same time,the deepening of global economic integration and the increasingly fierce market competition will undoubtedly increase the survival pressure of small and micro businesses.Taking Qingdao YC company as an example,this paper uses SWOT analysis and Michael Porter’s five kinds of strength competition model to analyze the macro environment and industry environment of enterprise production and development,and use external factors evaluation matrix to analyze the external opportunities and threats.It is found that there are some problems in the development and management strategy of small and micro mold,such as lack of funds,weak technical reserve,low brand awareness,less added value of products and weak comprehensive competitiveness.Based on the theory of business strategy,this paper discusses the development potential of YC and the uncertain factors in development.Finally,using the analytical model to analyze the business situation,it is proposed that small and micro enterprises should strengthen their penetration of the market and attach importance to the development of new markets and products.On this basis,YC’s business strategy isclarified,such as integrating existing resources,expanding business areas,building brand awareness,and winning customer trust.The business strategy of small micro-mold processing enterprises has been further clarified and improved,which has important practical significance for the company’s management managers to make scientific business strategy.
