药用植物遗传转化体系的建立对其功能基因研究具有重要意义,本研究在已有苦豆子再生体系的基础上,分别对苦豆子愈伤组织的农杆菌(含pBI 121质粒)侵染浓度、侵染时间、愈伤组织与农杆菌的共培养时间、预培养时间、乙酰丁香酮(AS)添加方式和AS浓度进行研究,对这6个转化因子进行优化,探究各因素对苦豆子愈伤瞬时转化的影响,以确立最佳的苦豆子瞬时转化体系;在已有苦豆子赖氨酸脱羧酶基因(SaLDC)编码区的基础上,克隆得到该基因的启动子序列,并对获得的SaLDC启动子进行生物信息学分析;通过在苦豆子愈伤组织中的
