随着社会时代的快速发展,我国企业之间的竞争也变得越来越激烈。人力资源作为社会各项资源中最重要的组成部分,对企业能否健康顺利的发展起到非常重要的作用。本文通过对人力资源的意义和企业人力资源现状进行描述,提出企业人力资源管理所存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出相应的优化措施,以此提高企业的竞争力。
With the rapid development of the social era, the competition among Chinese enterprises has also become more and more intense. As the most important component of various social resources, human resources play a very important role in the healthy and smooth development of enterprises. This paper describes the significance of human resources and the status quo of human resources in enterprises, puts forward the problems existing in the human resources management of enterprises, and puts forward the corresponding optimization measures according to these problems so as to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
