本文主要对国内自主开发研制的国际铁路新技术—水泥乳化沥青砂浆弹性垫层(以下简称CA)干粉料的原材料、生产工艺以及CA砂浆的整体性能影响进行了详细研究,分析了CA砂浆在研制过程中所需的质量控制,通过大量实验和技术总结,开发设计了用于CA砂浆干粉料的生产及质量控制系统,配制出来的CA砂浆在京沪城际铁路工程中得到成功运用,产品技术达到了国际水平。
