This article examines the neoliberal globalization, especially the labor market transition, from a strong gender perspective - a dialectical study of both women’s and men’s careers and the development of a gender-racial and class relationship Interwoven interdisciplinary research methods. First, what is presented in this article is the current classic analysis of the global women (nannies, maids and sex workers) in the neoliberal world, and illustrates that these growing numbers of global women, mostly immigrants and the poor, may Described as “service girl ”. Second, this paper examines the growth parallel to the former’s growth, which I call the “armed men”, which shows compensatory growth in the labor market. What this article demonstrates is that “armed men” as part of a military-industrial complex, not only at the individual level but also at the collective level, are not only manufactured but also depend on the “service girl” - we are right This is a more thorough study. Finally, I think “service girl” and “armed men” should be combined to carry out dialectical and historical research to create a new study on the transformation of the labor market caused by neoliberal globalization Paradigm.
