It has been demonstrated that aflatoxin biosynthesis involves at least 25 genes in Aspergillus flavus. In this study, differential expressions of 25 aflatoxin synthesized-related genes in toxigenic and non-toxigenic A.flavus strain after attacking seeds of resistant and susceptible peanut cultivars were analyzed.
