The microstructure of aging Cu-0.71%Cr-0.12%Zr(mass fraction)alloy was studied by transmission electron microscopy and high resolution transmission electron microscopy.The tensile strength and electrical conductivity of this alloy after various aging processes were tested.The results show that this alloy has good combination of physical and mechanical properties after aging at 450℃ for 4h,which is ascribed to a large number of finely dispersive distribution precipitates in the alloy.
