大型溞作为饲料蛋白源的营养基础及对罗氏沼虾生长的影响

  为了分析大型溞(daphnia magna)作为罗氏沼虾饲料蛋白源的可行性,测定了人工培养的大型潘春夏秋冬的营养成分变化及夏季污水中大型潘的营养成分;在此基础上,设计5种近似等氮等能的饲料,分别使用0%、5%、10%、15%和20%(D0,D5,D10,D15,D20组)的人工培养的春季大型潘等蛋白替代饲料中的鱼粉.结果 显示,各季节人工培养的大型溞水分所占比例均较小,春季,秋季,冬季的大型溞含水量没有显著性差异(p>0.05),冬季大型溞水分含量最高为5.14%,夏季最低为2.48%,与其他各组存在显著性差异(p<0.05);夏季污水中大型溞水分含量为9.12%,显著高于人工培养的大型溞.实验中测定的春夏秋冬各组的粗蛋白含量分别为43.85%,30.93%,46.77%和50.21%,各组之间存在显著性差异(p<0.05).
