To fine-scale map qBE-A3,a major quantitative trait locus(QTL)for boron(B)efficiency on chromosome A3 previously identified in Brassica napus,a set of near-isogenic lines(NILs),derived from backcross populations between B-efficient cultivar Qingyou 10(QY10)as donor and B-inefficient cultivar Westar10(W10)being recurrent parent,were developed.Then B-efficient and B-inefficient bulks for bulked segregant analysis(BSA)with two parents were subjected to whole genome re-sequencing.
