补体C5a/C5aR通路在暴发性肝炎中的机制研究

  目的:MHV-3是隶属冠状病毒科的单正链RNA病毒,它可以导致敏感品系Balb/c小鼠发生严重的肝细胞坏死。但对于抗性品系如A/J小鼠在感染后则不表现出任何症状,经证实A/J小鼠体内补体C5分子不能合成,所以我们推测补体C5分子参与肝炎的发病,同时在暴发性肝炎中,FGL2能裂解凝血酶原为有活性的凝血酶,启动凝血级联反应,致使血管内凝血,最终导致小鼠死亡,因而我们提出假设:暴发性肝炎中补体C5分子能对Fgl2进行调节参与疾病进程。
