Wild Oudemansiella submucida collected from Hunan Province have been domesticated.The results showed the optimal growing condition were consisted with temperature 23 ℃ and relative air humidity moistures from 75% to 95%.Primordia formed 40~50 days after inoculation, first flash of fruit bodies could be harvested ~55 days later with biological efficiency of 96.1%.Second flush of fruit bodies could be harvested 6~8 days after first flush with biological efficiency of 49%.
