  The transformation of civilization determines leap-forward changes of social,political and economic systems and embodies human social development.This thesis analyzes Two-Oriented Society as well as the essence and connotation of ecological civilization.Based on the current situation of urban and rural environments,as well as ecology,this thesis explores the goal of constructing Two-Oriented Society and challenges facing the urban and rural ecological civilization from the perspective of Two-Oriented Society.Under the framework of urban and rural ecological civilization development,the strategy of constructing Two-Oriented Society was raised to coordinate rural and urban circular economic development.
