中非海洋经济合作的领域、挑战与对策

：

中国作为世界经济新的“增长极”在经济全球化的潮流下，需要开展更大范围、更深层次的多边区域合作.2014 年以来，中国的“一带一路”战略得到了国际社会的广泛认可和积极响应，“一带一路”战略是实现中华民族伟大复兴的地缘大战略.非洲海岸线漫长，海洋资源丰富，在中国“21 世纪海上丝绸之路”战略中处于非常重要的地位.进入新世纪以来，非洲经济整体保持较快的增长，海洋产业发展潜力巨大.
