各向异性二维材料的拉曼散射及偏振光学研究

  二维原子材料的晶体结构对称性决定了材料的本征性质。低对称性的二维材料,包括单斜晶系的黑磷(Black Phosphorous,BP)和三斜晶系的二硫化铼(Rhenium Disulphide,ReS2),具有显著的各向异性特性,其电学、力学、光学等性质都强烈依赖于晶轴取向。例如,黑磷沿着armchair方向的载流子迁移率远高于沿着zigzag方向,光吸收率也高于zigzag方向,其荧光和拉曼散射光谱都具有显著的偏振特性。
