Aim: Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are major family of pattern-recognition receptors and play a crucial role in innate immunity.The spleen tyrosine kinase (Syk) plays a key role in ITAM-containing signaling.Recently, several reports have indicated that Syk is involved in TLRs signaling but the role of Syk in TLR signaling is still controversial.
